Warranty
Dataram warrants that its storage products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is extended to the original end user for one year after purchase.
Basic Storage Product Repair or Replacement Policy
If a Dataram storage product does not function properly, Dataram will issue a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) for the return of the defective system. Upon receipt, Dataram will repair or replace (at Dataram’s discretion) the product and express ship the storage system back to the customer.
Advance Storage Replacement Policy
If a Dataram storage product does not function properly, Dataram will express ship a replacement the same day at no cost to the customer. Same-day shipment is dependent on the time of the customer’s request and product availability.
