Dataram Doubles Memory Capacity of HP Integrity Blade Servers

First-to-Market 32GB Upgrade for BL860c i2, BL870c i2, BL890c i2
Princeton, NJ, October 5, 2010 — Dataram Corporation [NASDAQ: DRAM], a worldwide leader in the manufacture of high-quality computer memory, storage products, software and services, announces the immediate availability of cost-effective memory upgrades for Hewlett-Packard’s newest Integrity Blade servers. A first-to-market 32GB upgrade propels the BL860c i2, BL870c I2 and BL890c i2 servers to twice the memory capacity available from HP and other memory vendors.
Dataram’s DRH890I2 family of memory upgrades feature registered DDR3 memory technologies that utilize ECC (error checking and correcting) and Double Chip Spare for enhanced reliability. Available in four capacities: 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and first-to-market 32GB that expand the base two-socket BL860c i2 up to a powerful 384GB total memory!
The larger BL870c i2 is a four-socket blade server supporting up to 768GB of Dataram memory and the BL890c i2 is an eight-socket blade server supporting up to 1.5TB of Dataram memory.
All of the BL8x0c i2 servers feature the latest Intel® Itanium® 9300 processor series and support HPUX11i v3, OpenVMS v8.4 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems. Dataram memory is 100% compatible with HP’s important set of RAS features provided in all key areas of the BL8x0c i2 architecture. And Dataram features a Lifetime Warranty and free Technical Support.
